The Exeter Daily Competition Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
START DATE: This promotion will start on 8 June 2020.
PRIZE: One free place on the TEFL Academy 10h Teaching Practice Course.

One winner will be chosen at random at 5pm on Tuesday 16 June 2020.
Competition is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland excluding persons professionally connected to the promotion.
There will be only one winner in this competition. No purchase necessary.
CLOSING DATE: The competition ends on Tuesday 16 June 2020 at 5pm and any entrants made after then will not be included.
SELECTION OF THE WINNER: The winner will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entrants accept that, if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. No correspondence will be entered into.
NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE(S): The winner of the draw will be notified by email within 48 hours after the giveaway has ended. The Exeter Daily reserves the right to withdraw the prize.There is no limit on the number of entries per person. However, entrants will only be entitled to win once.

RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: The Exeter Daily competitions are open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over as at the start date, except those who at any time between the start date and the closing date are employees of the promoter, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.

In addition, the promoter may like to share your information with other companies so that they may send you information about their products and services, by telephone, email and SMS. If you do not agree to your information being shared in this way, please indicate so in your email entry.
GENERAL: The name of the winners may be be published at www.theexeterdaily.co.uk for one week after closing date. You may want to print a copy of these rules to keep for your reference. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
