Wanted Exeter man hands himself in
A 32-year-old Exeter man who was wanted by police for recall to prison has been located.
Shay Scales handed himself into police at Exeter's Heavitree Road police station yesterday (20 August).
Scales has been sought by police for breaching his licence conditions following his release from prison.
He remains in custody in Exeter.
