Bentley praises Grecians ahead of League Two clash
Morecambe boss Jim Bentley has paid credit to high-flying Exeter City ahead of this afternoon's game (3pm kick off).
The Shrimps suffered a 3-0 defeat against Portsmouth during their last outing and will be keen to put that behind them.
Bentley told the club website: “It’s always a tough test against Exeter, they’re a good side, with a manager who’s been there a long time and knows what the league is all about.
“They’ve got good players like John O’Flynn who scored two last week. He’s started really well but it’s early days.
“We’re at home, we’ve got to make sure we try and make that count and hopefully they’ll be a good feel around the place."
Tisdale, whose side are so far unbeaten this season, also paid tribute to his opposite number at a press conference this week.
He said: "It's been a healthy start. It was always important to have a positive start, get the wheels turning and not be trailing in other teams' wake. We've done that but there's lots to improve on.
"I take every away game and assume we can win it as much as a home game. I don't see them any less favourably than a home game and that's the attitude we'll take into Saturday."
