Police in Newton Abbot are appealing for information following an incident of indecent exposure in the town. The incident happened at around 8.45am on Tuesday 29 July within the grounds of All Saints Parish Church in Highweek. Police received a report from a female witness that a man had been seen standing within the church grounds performing an indecent act.
