Andrew Millington has been Director of Music at Exeter Cathedral since September 1999. He studied the organ at Worcester Cathedral before gaining an Organ Scholarship to Downing College, Cambridge. In 1975 he became Assistant Organist at Gloucester Cathedral and in 1983 he succeeded Philip Moore as Organist and Master of the Choristers at Guildford Cathedral. Paul Morgan is the Organist Emeritus of Exeter Cathedral. He studied at the Royal College of Music, London and at Christ Church, Oxford where he was Organ Scholar. He moved to Exeter in 1969 as Assistant Organist under Lionel Dakers and was appointed Organist in 1999. Until its closure, Paul was a Lecturer in the Music Department of the University of Exeter and, for twenty years, Organs Adviser to the Exeter Diocesan Advisory Committee. His numerous organ recitals have mostly been in the West Country, but he has also given a number of recitals...
David Davies is the Assistant Director of Music at Exeter Cathedral. Originally a native of Snowdonia in North Wales, David was educated at Eton College, Magdalen College, Oxford (where he was organ scholar), and Yale University. He has worked in church music on both sides of the Atlantic, living in the USA for five years, and as Director of the Girls’ Choir and Sub Organist at Guildford Cathedral for six years.

The Cathedral's three resident organists perform with our choir of children and adults in celebration of the organ's 350th anniversary year.
Following an extensive restoration (completed at the end of 2014) the organ will be back in action, taking a solo role, together with providing the accompaniment for the Cathedral Choir.
This popular concert takes place in the candlelit nave of the Cathedral.
