Brand new event to Exmouth seafront which will showcase the area’s excellent seafood and give you the opportunity to meet superb chefs and suppliers.

 The Sand Sculpture Competition is back as part of the Exmouth Mussel Festival! Captain Jack Sparrow will be awarding prizes! Contact below for entry forms.

Head for the beach and Esplanade for an assortment of seafood condiments to dip into, wine pairing, cider tasting, seafood preparation advice, cooking demonstrations, recipe ideas and wildlife, foraging talks from the experts. Mussels, Oysters, fish caught the same morning, all fresh and free to sample!

The National Trust Rangers will be running kite flying/making, wild art and raft making on the beach too and the Creation Station setting up wonderful arts and crafts sessions for kids. Watersports demos, beach games and live music will be on offer throughout the day and look out for the half pint puppet pirates and a giant lobster!

So, pull up a deck chair, soak up the last of the summer sun, grab a delicious bowl of mussels and enjoy an educational and entertaining family day out.
