For five years fit20 Exeter has offered the city a revolutionary new way to keep fit and build strength. The studio has grown in leaps and bounds leading to the opening of a second studio in Torbay in coming weeks.  Come and find out more about this phenomenal way to improve your health in just 20 minutes a week.

Visit the fit20 Exeter Open Day this May! fit20 minimal dose strength training has helped many local people increase their mobility, vitality with various reports of less aches and pains and an end to breathlessness.  fit20 requires minimal commitment with extraordinary results.

There is no need to change into gym clothes, training is by appointment with a personal trainer to ensure maximum benefit and you have the air-conditioned studio to yourself. You get to work on hi-tech machines with sensors that monitor your progress and record how your strength is improving week after week. You can train on your own or with a partner so it's an ideal opportunity for couples to enjoy the experience and the subsequent health benefits together.

Come and meet the fit20 team led by Duncan Attwood.  This includes Exeter studio manager Pete Eggleston who is also a PN nutrition coach and Tobias Repper who recently won a UWCB charity fight, advocating the power of strength training.  Click on any of these links for more information about these team members as published in the Exeter Daily.

"Do you know anybody who is sceptical about fit20 or hasn't got round to trying out the training yet?" Duncan Attwood asks. "Our Open Day is the perfect opportunity to experience the effectiveness of fit20. Come and discover how we can add strength to your life and the many benefits this will bring."

No booking is necessary - just turn up any time between 11am and 4pm to try out the training or ask any questions!
