A lovely array of crafts will be on display October 11th at The Donkey Sanctuary’s autumn Artisan Craft Fair.
Taking place from 10am to 4pm at Slade House Farm, Sidmouth, Devon, it’s a great place to kick start your Christmas shopping.
With many unique, handmade and original items on offer from jewellery through to hand made clothing and bags; it’s a perfect way to enjoy a day shopping locally in the beautiful surroundings of The Donkey Sanctuary.
Under 12s go free, and for those over 12 entry is just £2 per person.
A great day out for all the family, featuring live music, fun and attractions, face painting, Punch and Judy, donkey grooming, fundraising stalls, local food, refreshments, ice cream, beer tent. There will be plenty of fun in store this August at The Donkey Sanctuary’s Summer Fair. Taking place August 16th, from 10am to 4pm at Slade House Farm, Sidmouth, Devon, the much anticipated Fair will have something for the whole family.
This year’s line-up includes face painters, attractions, live music, games, Punch & Judy shows, as well as delicious local food, refreshments, ice cream and a beer tent. There will also be fundraising stalls offering an array of exciting products and activities as well as the opportunity to groom donkeys.
The Donkey Sanctuary is holding its first Car Show at Sidmouth on 5 July 2015 from 10am – 2pm.
A whole range of cars are ready to be showcased from the vintage era to the modern day classics, lovingly presented by their owners and clubs.
All visitors will be given the opportunity to enter the free prize draw to win some fantastic car cleaning products! For the exhibitors, there will be a ‘Show & Shine’ competition with various different categories and also an award for the ‘Best in Show’.

The Sanctuary’s Easter activities will be taking place between Friday 27 March and Sunday 12 April and are sure to be a hit with children of all ages. Donkey Grooming takes place daily between 10.30am-2.30pm and, at £3 per person, is the perfect opportunity to make friends with some of the charity’s rescued donkeys.

The Donkey Sanctuary, Sidmouth has teamed up with local woodland co-operative AxeWoods to offer local people the chance to collect free firewood for a limited period this month.
