Jason said: “I joined Nuffield Exeter as an Operating Department Practitioner, initially with the plan of it being a stop-gap as I was moving from the Midlands… 15 years later I’m still here and still enjoying it as much as ever, but now as the Theatre Department Manager.
"I’ve seen various changes, such as the extension to the hospital which gave us a 3rd theatre and a whole range of advances in medical techniques and equipment.
"The staff in theatres and throughout the hospital always pull together to provide the best possible care we can to all of our patients.”
Hospital Director Paul Taylor said “We are fortunate here at the Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital to have very loyal and long serving staff. This creates a real family feel to the hospital and ensures great consistent patient care.”
