Whatever your experience come along and improve your bird identification skills
Join an experienced volunteer guide for an informal drop-in session to help improve your bird identification skills and get the most out of your visit to Seaton Wetlands.

All are welcome to come and enjoy time spent birdwatching, whatever your level of knowledge.

Hide TBC, follow signs on the day.

Telescopes and binoculars are available for use in the hide free of charge during the session.

Holocaust Survivor talk by Agnes Grunwald-Spier: Women’s Experiences in the Holocaust

Agnes Grunwald-Spier is an author and historian. She was born in Budapest in July 1944. In November 1944 she and her mother were sent to the ghetto, finally being liberated in January 1945. She is a founder trustee of the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust and has written a number of books on the Holocaust.

Miranda Sykes 'Behind the Wall' Album Tour comes to Colebrooke Parish Hall

Devon based Miranda Sykes, the acclaimed singer and bassist with ‘Show of Hands’ returns in 2019 with a new album and UK tour.

After a career spanning over 20 years, during which time she has played with many of the top musicians and singers within the folk world, she will be touring solo as she started out: One woman, one bass, and one guitar.

Building on the success of her Borrowed Places tour, Miranda Sykes is back with a completely new project: Her new album ‘Behind The Wall’

The Exmouth Players hold coffee mornings on the second Saturday of each month from 9.30am to 12 noon at The Blackmore Theatre, Exmouth.
Come and join us for tea, coffee and some very lovely home-made cakes.
We have things such as:
German Apple Cake Lemon Drizzle Chocolate Fudge squares Sausage Rolls Cheese Scones Quiche and much more.
There is a raffle and there are books, cards, DVD’s and much more on sale.

England U20s vs France U20s

Learn about the birds at Seaton Wetlands
Come and learn about the different species of birds found at Seaton Wetlands with an experienced volunteer guide.

If you're lucky you may spot the resident kingfisher catching fish in the estuary.

This event is perfect for school aged children.

See if you can complete your bird spotting sheets using our binoculars.

All children must be accompanied by an adult, but adult spaces do not need to be booked.

Prize Only Bingo at The Blackmore

Every third Wednesday of the month The Exmouth Players hold a game of Prize Only Bingo.

Come along and join us. It’s nothing serious, just a fun afternoon out.

There are prizes for a line and a full house.

Refreshments and cake is available.

There is also disabled access available.

Doors open at 2.00 pm and eyes down at 2.30 pm.

Proceeds from this event will go towards the cost of refurbishment of The Blackmore Theatre which the Exmouth Players are fortunate to own.

Must be 12 years or over to work independently.

A great fun day with some serious learning elements.

No tools or experience necessary. Please bring an apron, notepad and packed lunch.

Cost includes all willow materials, expert tuition and hot drinks throughout the day.
