As a member of the team at Exeter Racecourse you will need to see the world through our customer’s eyes.  You will need to provide a safe, friendly environment for all of our customers whilst delivering an efficient and energetic service. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for our guests.

Our aim is to create a great dining experience for our guests and a great work experience for our team members.

We are currently looking to recruit waiters/waitresses, bar tenders and back of house assistants at our iconic venue.

You will provide a friendly environment for all our customers whilst delivering an efficient service.

This is causal work which is great if you want flexibility. Shifts would be based on the number of events we are holding at the racecourse. This will include working both weekdays and weekend shifts

No experience is necessary as full training is provided. The Ideal candidate will be able to interact with the guest and communicate well with them.
