In a timely move, The Family Law Company has launched the second of its new series of videos explaining aspects of family law in a straightforward way, this time looking at Pre-Nuptial agreements.

The short animation, ‘What is a Pre-Nuptial agreement’ explains the concept simply through animations created by Exeter’s Bitpod.

Head of the firm’s Divorce and Finance Team Rachel Buckley, said: “In light of the recent high profile case where new age traveller turned multi-millionaire Dale Vince is being pursued for a financial claim by his ex-wife Kathleen Syatt more than 30 years after their marriage ended, we felt it was a good time to highlight how a pre-nuptial agreement works.”

Rachel added that The Family Law Company always recommends that both parties talk to a lawyer for in-depth advice and a detailed explanation of the process.

“The video is designed to give an overview. If couples want to know more they can take advantage of a free initial appointment in Exeter, Plymouth or North Devon so they can really think about what’s involved before committing to setting up a Pre-Nuptial agreement,” added Rachel.

The video is available for viewing on The Family Law Company’s website www.thefamilylawco.co.uk in the Pre-Nuptial section.
