Careers fairs for former military in Exeter

Exeter-based recruitment platform for ex-forces personnel, Cross Deck, is all set to launch a National series of Careers and Training fairs, with the first on the calendar taking place here in the city on Wednesday 9 September 2015 at Exeter Castle.

Cross Deck is the leading careers and training information resource for everyone with a military background and their families. With over 30,000 members of the site, they aspire to be the recruitment channel of choice for companies seeking to hire qualified, experienced and motivated ex-service personnel.

Former members of the armed forces, and their families, are invited to attend free of charge to receive advice and guidance from recruitment and training experts from across the UK. The event will also play host to a range of recruiters interested in employing individuals looking to make the transition into civilian life.

Cross Deck founding CEO and former Royal Marine, Dixie Dean, says “these careers and training events present a great opportunity for ex-servicemen and women, and their families, to find out what their options are for life after the military.
