Exeter Chamber of Commerce launches new survey on the successes and challenges of Exeter businesses
Exeter Chamber of Commerce has launched a new survey to study the successes and challenges of Exeter businesses. The survey will provide greater insight into the reality of running a business in the Greater Exeter area and celebrate business achievements
Businesses operating in the Greater Exeter area will be invited to tell the Chamber their biggest challenge and greatest successes from the last twelve months. Exeter Chamber will compile a report with key learnings available to Chamber members. This report will showcase the city’s top ten successes, recognising these with an official presentation and the key challenges identified will become the focus of support, help, advice and lobbying by Exeter Chamber of Commerce in the year ahead.
Matt Roach, Exeter Airport Managing Director and a successes and challenges campaign spokesperson said; “We are delighted to be launching this survey to look at the highs and lows of running a business in the city and surrounding areas.
Mr Roach continued: “As a region we also face many challenges that need to be addressed: Exeter Chamber of Commerce is in a position to provide practical steps towards tackling those challenges, both on a one to one basis and by using its position to lobby. We hope that our members will find this survey and its results useful and look forward to continuing to support our members where we can.”
The campaign will end in September when Exeter Chamber of Commerce will compile its findings. The findings will be available for Chamber members and those who have taken part in the survey.
