Police appeal after three injured in Devon crash

Police are appealing for witnesses following a two vehicle collision that happened on Saturday 25November 2017 on an unclassified road at Batsworthy Cross near Rackenford in Devon.

Officers were notified at around 1.40pm to reports that a black Seat Ibiza and a silver Land Rover Freelander were involved in a collision.

The Seat driver, a woman from the Midlands, and a male passenger, both suffered serious life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision and were taken to Derriford Hospital and North Devon District Hospital.

The driver of the Land Rover, a man from Exeter, received non-life-threatening injuries.

The weather at the time of the collision was clear, dry and cold.
