Police appeal following burglary in Exmouth
Police investigating a burglary at a property in Exmouth last week are appealing for information.
A property on Valley Way was broken into sometime between 5.50pm and 10.15pm on Friday 9 October.
Jewellery, which is of great sentimental value to the victim, was stolen during the burglary.
Among the items taken were a gold link bracelet, silver earrings with aquamarine stone with an ‘S’ pattern around the edge, a silver bangle with mother of pearl on the outside, a fine long gold chain and a silver bangle with the biblical inscription on the outside which reads: I am my beloveds and he is mine s of s 6:3 †††.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in Valley Way, or who knows the whereabouts of the stolen items.
