In April 2014, RGB Building Supplies launched their Well Built Community Fund and since then have been giving away £1,000 worth of building materials to different deserving groups every other month to help with renovations and projects.

The Community Fund has proved extremely popular and RGB was inundated with nominations from charities, schools, community groups, sports clubs and care homes.  As they are unable to donate building supplies to everyone that made contact with them, RGB is now calling out to other local companies in the area to see if they are able help some of the fantastic Exeter based groups that made contact with them.

Keith Harris, Product Marketing Manager at RGB Building Supplies, commented:

“When we launched the Well Built Community Fund, we anticipated that we would receive quite a few nominations, but nothing like the amount that we have.  We’ve read every single nomination and it has shown that there are some fantastic and deserving groups, projects and charities that do amazing things in the local community.

“As we are unable to help all groups that contacted us, we are keen to see if there are any other Exeter based businesses that would like to step in and donate money so that a group can purchase the necessary materials from us, or donate materials directly.”

From charities and community groups needing supplies to complete renovations to sports clubs looking to update changing room facilities and schools and care homes needing materials to develop outdoor areas, there is a wide range of groups that require help to complete projects.

Companies that would like to find out more information about how they could support local groups, can contact RGB Building Supplies by emailing RGB@pmwcom.co.uk.
