School teams taking part in Exeter’s Young Enterprise enjoyed a busy Saturday last week in Princesshay by showcasing their entrepreneurial skills at the Young Enterprise Trade Show.

Young Enterprise is the UK’s leading charity that empowers young people to harness their personal and business skills.

Taking part were six schools from Exeter and across Devon. The schools set up and operated their stalls within Princesshay to compete for the accolade of Most Successful Business, which on the day was won by Blundells School.

The teams were under the watchful eye of the judges; Wayne Pearce, Princesshay centre director and Paul Banks, CEO and founder of Fresha Café.

Wayne Pearce, centre director of Princesshay said: “We are so pleased that the Young Enterprise Trade Show was such a success for the six schools taking part. We were very impressed with the products that were on offer and wish all of the students the best of luck for the future.”
