Gilbert Stephens’ Young Professionals Network Event

On Thursday 24th September, members of the Gilbert Stephens’ Young Professionals Network gathered at Exeter’s newest restaurant and cool cocktail bar, Circa 1924, for the chance to catch up with some familiar faces as well as welcome new ones for a long lunch.

The friendly and informal networking group enjoyed exclusive use of the 1920s inspired venue and enjoyed one (or maybe two) prohibition inspired cocktails from its moonshiner bar.

Steve Wadham, YPN regular from Thompson Jenner accountants, says: “Each event I go to is always different and I really enjoy being able to catch up with other regulars like me, as well as meeting the new members who come along. It was great to try out Circa 1924, especially as it’s a stone’s throw from Southernhay where I am based. It is ideal for after works drinks so I am sure they will be seeing me in there again sometime with the rest of the Thompson Jenner gang.”
