Celebrations all round for PKF Francis Clark
Regional accountancy firm, PKF Francis Clark, is not only celebrating their Centenary year, but they are also celebrating the news of being announced as finalists in three categories of the Tolley’s Tax Awards 2019, and the recent achievements of the rising stars in their tax team, with one, in particular, coming top nationally in a recent exam.
Rob Tough, a tax specialist based in the firm’s Exeter office achieved first place in the country, in the prestigious Chartered Institute of Taxation owner managed business paper and is now a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser. This is a major accolade and demonstrates the strength of the firm’s tax practice.
As well as Rob Tough’s success, both Rob Deare and Nathan Patterson in the Exeter office, Kayleigh Everson and Luke Green in the Plymouth office, Sam Lee in the Taunton office as well as Gemma Leader in the Poole office have also all become qualified Chartered Tax Advisers. In addition, Ryan Bebbington became one of the very few people in the country to successfully complete the globally recognised Advanced Diploma in International Taxation, which demonstrates the firm’s depth of international tax expertise.
John Endacott, Partner and Head of Tax at PKF Francis Clark said “Rob Tough’s success in his recent exam is a fantastic achievement and the award is very well deserved. Everyone in the firm is very proud of Rob, as well as all the others that have recently qualified. This year marks 100 years as a firm and achievements like this make 2019 even more special and gives us additional reason to celebrate”.
