Exeter-based Field Service Management provider Oneserve, wins big at the UK Business Tech Awards

Field Service Management provider Oneserve is delighted to announce that it has won the award for the Best Application of Tech in the Public sector at the UK Business Tech Awards.

The awards ceremony took place in London on Wednesday 13 November 2019 at the Montcalm Marble Arch Hotel and was attended by some of the most innovative and well-known companies in the tech sector.

Oneserve overcame some stiff competition from the category shortlist, to take home the gong. The judges were particularly impressed with how Oneserve’s innovative software and customer-centric approach had succeeded in delivering impressive efficiencies for its local Government clients.

Founded nine years ago, Oneserve has grown to become a market-leader in its field with over 15% of the UK’s social housing properties now managed through Oneserve. With local Governments under significant pressure to deliver extensive services with transparency and accountability but at a reduced cost, Oneserve works closely with the public sector to eradicate inefficiencies across their housing service and thus ease this strain. Indeed, Oneserve’s client-partners typically see efficiency improvements of between 25% - 60%.
