Harper James appoints new Commercial Solicitor amidst period of growth
Leading business law firm Harper James Solicitors has expanded its Commercial law team with the appointment of Solicitor, Antonia Power.
Antonia joins the Harper James team having previously worked as in-house counsel for crowdfunding platform Crowdcube and most recently cloud software company Maistro PLC where she advised the board on all areas of risk. Antonia is experienced in software contracts, transitional services and distributor and agency agreements, complex master services agreements with cross border elements and re-designing and simplifying terms and conditions for supply of goods and services.
An Associate Lecturer at the University of Exeter, Antonia advises budding entrepreneurs on navigating the path through set up, trading activity, scale-up and global rollout efficiently and cost effectively.
Taking on her new role at Harper James, Antonia will operate across the full spectrum of commercial legal services, bolstering the firm’s expertise in this area.
