Kastner Exeter relocates to brand new showroom
Local Volvo retailer, Kastner Exeter, recently celebrated its relocation to a brand new Scandinavian style Volvo showroom.
Relocating from their old site on Sigford Road, Kastner Exeter’s new site at Waterbridge Court, Matford Park Road has undergone a complete renovation to meet Volvo’s new VPS (Volvo Personal Service) standards. Benefits include a luxurious Scandinavian-style lounge where you can relax, continue with your work or watch your Volvo's service through panoramic glass walls.
The new dealership also boasts a much larger showroom, including a new indoor handover bay together with a greater display of Approved Used Volvo Selekt models on the forecourt and increased customer parking.
Kastner Exeter will also shortly be offering the new Volvo Personal Service, which means that technicians will liaise with the customer from the point of booking, right through to explaining the services - which they themselves will have carried out.
Two Personal Service Technicians work together on each car, reducing the time it takes for the service to be carried out. As the wait time is reduced, customers are encouraged to stay and enjoy Kastner Exeter’s new lounge area, complete with Scandinavian-designed furniture, free Wi-Fi and Swedish cakes and coffee.
Mike Maunder, Sales Manager at Kastner Exeter, said: “The team and I are all very excited to welcome new and existing customers alike to our new home on Matford Park Road!
“Our recent refurbishment isn’t just about a change of furniture, it’s designed to make our customers feel relaxed and at ease in an environment that provides flexible waiting, working and assessment areas.
“The launch of our new Volvo Personal Service will help to connect our customers with their technicians, for a smooth and efficient experience. Our focus is always on putting the customer first and also giving them a high-quality service, this is so important to us at Kastner Exeter.
“We’re all settled in and are raring to show off our new showroom, so look forward to welcoming prospective customers for a cup of coffee and a chat about the purchase of their next car or any servicing or MOT needs they may have.”
