Northcott Beaton acquire Property Search South West
Long established, Independent Insurance Brokers Northcott Beaton Ltd have acquired Property Search South West (PSSW) as expansion plans take shape.
Northcott Beaton Ltd are a leading, independent, general insurance broker who have been trading in Exeter for nearly 30 years.
Traditionally, and perhaps locally, they are known as a broker who insures businesses, but Northcott Beaton have also spent nearly 20 years providing niche insurance products to the conveyancing profession Nationally. These products include title insurance, search indemnity and home buyer’s protection insurance to name a few.
This year signals the start of ambitious plans to continue development in the property arena by acquiring PSSW after a long-standing relationship between the two businesses.
PSSW are a search company who provide regulated search reports as part of the conveyancing process for both residential and commercial property transactions and have been established in Exeter for over 18 years.
These reports include Local Authority Searches, Drainage & Water, Flood, Mining and Environmental reports to name a few. In addition, they provide the aforementioned insurance products linked to these services that are already supplied by Northcott Beaton Ltd.
