PR consultancy opens new city centre office

Expanding PR consultancy, Glen King PR/Marketing Limited celebrates move to new city-centre offices with an official ribbon cutting ceremony by Ben Bradshaw MP and Judi Spiers, followed by a drinks reception for clients, associates and the media.

Ben Bradshaw MP said: "I was delighted to help celebrate the expansion of Glen's business. It's great to see so many companies like hers adding to Exeter’s success."

Judi Spiers adds: "So many people think they can 'do' PR and they promise the world .They come and go very quickly.  Glen 'does PR' …..and delivers and after 10 successful years is still here …and still smiling!"

A former media spokesperson for Camelot, founder Director Glen King was actively involved in the exciting and historical launch of the National Lottery in 1994, paying out major lottery winners across the South West.  Glen established her PR consultancy in 2005 and recently celebrated ten years in business with an anniversary party for over 90 clients and associates held at Lloyd’s Kitchen.  

Glen King – Director said:  “I have developed a successful business over the last decade and driven by getting results for my clients, many of whom have been with me for several years.   2015 is a milestone anniversary for the company and we are now moving into an exciting new era with an expanding team and move to larger premises in the heart of the city. It was wonderful to have Ben and Judi there to mark this very special occasion and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their time and support.”

Glen King PR/Marketing carries out Business to Business Introductions; PR campaigns and event management across a diverse range of clients.  In addition the company works with a number of long-term retainer clients representing only one client per market sector.  With a specialist knowledge of the construction industry, the company has developed an extensive portfolio of clients across a number of disciplines.

Glen adds: “I am particularly pleased to announce the new appointment of David Greensmith as Business Development Director.  David has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the engineering and construction industry and brings these skills to the business which will further expand our consultancy service. .
