Triple promotion at family law specialist

The summer turned out just fine for three employees at The Family Law Company who were all promoted.

Fiona Wadey, who joined the company in 2012, becomes Senior Associate Solicitor. Fiona joined the company in 2012 and is a Senior Associate Solicitor. A specialist in divorce and finances, Fiona also has expertise in pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and the issues faced by growing numbers of unmarried couples. On top of her daily workload, Fiona volunteers for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Based at the company’s Plymouth office, Carrie Laws is now Associate Chartered Legal Executive. Carrie has a wealth of experience dealing with difficult and sometimes harrowing cases concerning children, representing Children’s Guardians and parents. She is skilled in the representation of parents accused of extremely serious allegations.

Kirsten Clarke, who has been with the company for over three years, becomes Head of Marketing. Kirsten worked in the renewable energy sector before joining The Family Law Company to steer the company’s profile in the South West.
