Vospers celebrate new Exeter supersite with Princesshay event

Last Saturday, Vospers partnered with Heart Radio and took to Princesshay Square to celebrate the upcoming opening of their new £12m supersite in Matford, Exeter.

The local community event was designed to showcase the impressive multi brand facility, which promises a new used car centre, five state of the art showrooms and futuristic technology.

Shoppers were given an insight into just exactly what the new facility will provide, with the sales team on hand, to provide information, and two premium cars on display for the public to admire. Passers by were treated to a look around the all-new Ford Focus ST-Line and Ford Focus Zetec, two models due to sold by the leading car retailer at the new superiste’s state of the art Ford Store.

The event also featured a range of fun activities for Exeter’s residents and visitors to get involved with, including an interactive ‘paparazzi’ style photo shoot and a photo wall where people were able to take selfies. There was also an activity for people to design ‘the car of the future’.

Vospers staff teamed up with the ‘Heart Angels’ on the day to oversee the action, hand out goodies and chat to local people about the supersite.

The day was a huge success with Princesshay shoppers, with people of all ages getting involved with the activity, interacting with the cars and staff and enjoying the paparazzi photo shoot.

The new site will see the consolidation of Vospers’ three current sites in Exeter, all relocating to the new site on Matford Way adjacent to the recently opened Audi site and opposite Jaguar and Land Rover.

The establishment of the new facility is the culmination of Vospers’ 10-year plan to deliver leading sales, service and parts facilities for staff and customers and to further strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
