Wollen Michelmore Solicitors up for 5 awards in 2017
2016 has been a successful award winning year for law firm Wollen Michelmore and the year is ending with the news that in 2017 they are once again shortlisted in five categories in the Devon and Somerset Law Society annual awards.
Earlier this year, the firm, which has five offices across Devon, were successful in securing three awards at the same event: Client Service of the Year, Rachel Carter won Solicitor of the Year and Chief Executive, Chris Hart was awarded Leader/Law Manager of the Year.
In the 2017 legal awards there are 12 categories and Wollen Michelmore have been shortlisted in 5:
• Team of the Year - Family
• Solicitor of the Year - Mark Iddles
• Support Team Member of the Year - Julia Connett
• Legal ‘Hero’ of the year - Rachel Carter
• Lifetime Achievement - Michael Cosgrave
Wollen Michelmore Chief Executive, Chris Hart said: “It’s been an excellent year for the firm and being shortlisted in these categories is a real testament to the efforts of the whole team who work very hard supporting our clients and providing the best levels of service everyday. It’s not always an easy job and the management team are very grateful to them all.”
Just a few months ago Wollen Michelmore were recognised as amongst the best in the legal profession at the Law Society's 10th annual Excellence Awards in London when the firm were honoured to be ‘highly commended’ in the category of ‘Excellence in Marketing & Communications’.
The 2017 Devon and Somerset Law Society Awards will be presented at the celebratory dinner held at Sandy Park, Exeter in early March.
