Browne Jacobson appoints leading expert to regulatory team in Exeter
Law firm Browne Jacobson has strengthened its regulatory team with the appointment of partner Nigel Lyons in Exeter.
Nigel joined the team on 6th May 2014 and specialises in criminal regulatory work.
Qualified in 1990 Nigel has established a strong reputation as a regulatory lawyer in the UK specialising in all aspects of regulatory enforcement, in particular health & safety, environmental, trading standards and licensing. In addition Nigel has specialist expertise in advising on regulatory matters for farming communities.
A former president of the Association of South West Lawyers and Plymouth Law Society Nigel is ranked by Chambers as a ‘leading individual’ and a "brilliant and very frank lawyer with excellent local knowledge who gets right to the point and commands great respect in all situations.”
