Conveyancing accreditation for Everys Solicitors
Everys Solicitors has been awarded membership to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The accreditation provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices and is a mark of excellence in the home buying process.
The Law Society grants CQS membership based on the integrity of the senior responsible officer and other key conveyancing staff, a firm's adherence to good practice management standards, and adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures.
Law Society president Lucy Scott-Moncrieff said that the Law Society introduced CQS to promote high standards in the home buying process. "CQS has established itself as the quality mark of the home-buying sector and enables consumers to identify practices that provide a quality residential conveyancing service. With so many different conveyancing service providers out there CQS helps home-buyers and sellers seek out those that can provide a safe and efficient level of service."
Mark Izzett, Everys’ head of property conveyancing, has led the way in attaining the CQS membership for the firm. Claire Lovett, Everys’ chief operating officer, said: “We take pride in offering a quality local residential and commercial property conveyancing service to our clients from our nine branches throughout Devon and Somerset, and indeed, from our Dubai office. We are delighted to have had our dedication to excellence rubber stamped by the Law Society and I thank Mark for his sterling efforts in securing our CQS membership.”
