Dispute resolution associate heads to Exmouth

Dispute resolution expert Simon Bean is moving to Everys Solicitors in Exmouth to head up its litigation department.

He has already worked alongside Gay Cherryson and Stephen Clegg, at Everys’ head office in Exeter, forming part of the litigation and dispute team that serves individual and corporate needs, including those of the region’s agricultural business community.

A former head of dispute resolution, Mr Bean joined Everys in April. He previously worked for both Michelmores and Dyne Drewett where he gained specialist experience in all types of employment work, debt recovery and commercial disputes, including those between directors and shareholders, partnership disputes, contractual issues and professional negligence claims.

Mr Bean also has experience in intellectual property disputes and defamation.
