Everys launch personal injury clinics
Everys Solicitors is launching personal injury clinics at two of its Devon branches to help people with potential claims.
The free 30-minute initial consultation sessions will be available in Exmouth and Honiton between 12pm and 2pm on four Wednesdays in August and September.
Anyone with a personal injury claim, whether injured at work, in a public place or in a road traffic accident, is invited to make an appointment to speak to one of Everys’ personal injury team.
Partner Gay Cherryson, head of Everys’ civil litigation department, said: “We understand the distress accidents can have on day to day life, as well as the financial impact lost earnings, care and treatment costs can cause. We have extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of accident claims and have an excellent track record in getting good results for our clients.”
Everys employs a full range of dispute resolution methods to obtain appropriate compensation without the need to go to trial where possible. Its legal experts are often able to secure payments
The personal injury team includes Richard Molyneux, Alice Pearcey and Lisa Stanzl. Together, they all have experience of cases involving road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, slips, trips and falls, neurological and psychological injuries, and clinical negligence.
Ms Cherryson added: “We pride ourselves on giving our clients clear, jargon-free, personalised, advice at every step of their claim. We also appreciate that it may be difficult to fund a claim, particularly if clients are unable to work, so we offer a range of options, including no-win, no-fee agreements."
The personal injury clinics will take place on:
• August 6 and 20 in Honiton
• August 27 and September 3 in Exmouth
If you wish to make an appointment for an initial consultation, please call Miss Pearcey on 01392 848922.
