The Exeter-based company, Devon Caravans, has been recognised with coveted NCC Approved Distributor status. This achievement reinforces Devon Caravans' commitment to best practice and to treating consumers in a fair and honest way while delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer service.
The NCC Approved Distributor scheme is one of four consumer-focused initiatives developed by the NCC (National Caravan Council), the trade body for the UK tourer, motor home, holiday and park home industries of which Devon Caravans are members.
At the heart of each scheme is a Consumer Code of Practice establishing the benchmark for how an NCC member business should undertake all relations with its customer base. After a comprehensive independent on-site assessment, Devon Caravans was found to meet all of the strict criteria governing the scheme and was awarded ‘NCC Approved Distributor’ status.
