Exeter law firm promotes two ‘rising stars’
In a move that further shows the success of Crosse + Crosse Solicitors in Exeter, two ‘rising stars’ have been promoted to Partners from 6 April.
Karen Osborn, a Personal Injury specialist, joined Crosse + Crosse in 2001. She has specialist knowledge and expertise in Personal Injury and Medical and Dental Negligence, in particular high value, complex claims surrounding medical misdiagnosis and negligent treatment. Karen is a member of The Exeter Medico-Legal Society and a Governor for the Ellen Tinkham School in Exeter. Clients appreciate the understanding and sensitive approach Karen takes when conducting their claims.
Sabina Smith joined Crosse + Crosse in 2005 and becomes the fourth partner in the Family Department. She is a recognized family law specialist with Resolution accreditation in the fields of Advanced Financial Provision, Domestic Abuse and Child Abduction. Sabina has trained as a collaborative lawyer and is a member of Devon Collaborative Lawyers. Sabina also practises as a Family Mediator and, is accredited and recognized by the Family Mediation Council. Sabina assists clients across the South West and beyond as they go through divorce or separation. As a child abduction specialist she also has a significant international client base representing parents around the world in cross border child abduction matters.
