International appointment prompts change for Space

Exeter commercial property specialists, Space, have been preparing themselves for an operation of international proportions.

Founder and Managing Director, Tim Wadsworth, has taken a short term contract with an international property firm in Auckland, New Zealand. During this time he will be developing a team tasked with replicating the Space business model - advising tenants and occupiers with regard to their commercial property interests and working with them to develop intelligent working environments.
Recently appointed Creative Director, Stuart Wright, will be assuming responsibility for the firm’s South West based operation in Tim’s absence.
