Michelmores strengthens powerful agricultural team
Michelmores LLP has announced three appointments which further strengthen its nationally recognised agricultural litigation team.
Solicitor Rachel O’Connor joins Michelmores from TLT’s Bristol Office, while Victoria Howlett was previously a solicitor at Burges Salmon.
They are joined in Michelmores' Bristol office by barrister, Adam Corbin. Adam was called to the Bar in 2011, then deferred his pupillage at Iscoed Chambers in Swansea for a year to work in the Legal Team for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Their appointments bring the Southwest's leading agricultural team to a total of 18 with 9 partners, 8 solicitors and a barrister.
Head of Agriculture Peter Williams commented, “We are able to field a quality team of lawyers to deal with any agricultural legal issue, but we are particularly strong in contentious agricultural law, having the largest team of agricultural disputes lawyers in the country.”
Michelmores specialist agricultural team advises farming businesses, large estates, institutions and other landlords, tenants, banks and trustees from its offices in Bristol, Exeter and London.
