PSG expands South West operations

Market leading national conveyancing search provider PSG is set to expand its South West operations.

From Friday 27 February, operations will move from the St Judes based office to a larger bespoke office based in Estover. The move will allow the Plymouth franchisee PSG branch to bring improvements to the services it provides clients as well as being able to hold in-house events and training.

PSG is involved in more than 1 in 5 residential property transactions and specialises in property searches and related products for conveyancing solicitors across England and Wales.

Martin Gill, director of PSG Plymouth, said ‘A key part of PSG’s success is the ability to build strong partnerships with conveyance and solicitors in the areas we are based. PSG offers far more than searches and is committed to supporting CPD training, compliance and risk management. They engage with local and regional Law societies to support their activities. PSG Financial Services LTD was established in 2012 and provides instant on-line access to a suite of AA rated Title and Legal Indemnity Insurance policies.

PSG are also able to offer searches to members of the public including private landlords and estate agents. Some basic services would be EPC’S (floor plans), AML’s, Asbestos reports and fire risk assessments.
