Cerebra Children’s Awards 2014

Cerebra is thrilled to announce the launch of their Children's Awards for 2014, celebrating some of the amazing achievements of children with neurological conditions.

Cerebra is a national charity supporting children and families who live with neurological conditions such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, among many others, as well as children who have an acquired brain injury. Each year the charity holds a Children’s Awards ceremony to recognise these children who overcome everyday challenges to accomplish amazing things.

This year will see the charity presenting eight lucky winners with their award at a prestigious ceremony at the House of Lords in London on 23rd October 2014. To enter all families need to do is fill out a nomination form explaining why their child deserves an award – it could be for their courage or bravery; for something they have achieved at home, school or in daily life; for their sense of humour or simply for being who they are.

The awards are open to children aged 16 and under who have been diagnosed with a neurological condition. The closing date for nominations is 1st July 2014.

If you know of anyone who deserves to win one of Cerebra’s awards please complete and submit a nomination form which is available from website www.cerebra.org.uk or from Jessica Bishop at jessicab@cerebra.org.uk / 01267 244221.
