Oxjam Exeter 2013 Competition Terms and Conditions
PROMOTER’S NAME AND ADDRESS : The Daily (UK) Limited (Company number: 08195930) whose registered office address is at 6 Northernhay Place, Exeter EX4 3QJ.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to enter this promotion you’re your answer, name and telephone number to ted@thedailyuk.com with the words ‘ENTER OXJAM EXETER 2013’in the subject box. Entries which are incomplete, misspelt, inaudible, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion.
Only one entry per person may be made for this prize promotion.
START DATE:
This promotion will start on Saturday 5th October.
CLOSING DATE:
The closing dates for this promotion will be Friday 11th October at 5pm.
SELECTION OF THE WINNER: The winner will be selected at random from all entries correctly submitted by 5pm on October 11th in accordance with these terms and conditions. Entrants accept that, if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes. By entering entrants agree to receive TheExeterDaily newsletter with the e-mail they provide. To opt out of the newsletter participants must write ‘opt out’ in the main body of their e-mail when they enter.
PRIZE(S) The prizes are as follows: You are entering to win FOUR tickets which gains you entry to all of the venues of the Oxjam Exeter Takeover weekend on the 19th and 20th October.
The prizes are non-transferable and exclude any additional costs and expenses. The winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prizes above.
RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: The competition is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over as at the start date, except those who at any time between the start date and the closing date are employees of the promoter, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE(S): Winners will be announced on TheExeterDaily website by Sunday 13th October and notified by email with information on receiving the prizes.
DATA PRIVACY: The promoter will process your data in accordance with its privacy policy www.theexeterdaily.co.uk/privacy-policy. In addition, the promoter may like to share your information with other companies so that they may send you information about their products and services, by telephone, email and SMS. If you do not agree to your information being shared in this way, please indicate so in your email entry.
GENERAL: The name of the winners may be be published at www.theexeterdaily.co.uk for one week after closing date. You may want to print a copy of these rules to keep for your reference. Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
