Number one bestselling author Joanna Trollope heads to Exeter Library to discuss her brand new book, An Unsuitable Match, on Saturday 3rd March from 2pm.

Joanna will hold an informal talk about her latest book over a quintessentially English cream tea at Exeter Library as part of her south west tour. An Unsuitable Match is an uplifting story of love, family and second chances and is the twenty-first novel to be written by the talented artist.

The critically acclaimed author said: “As a huge supporter of libraries and librarians, and a great fan of Devon, I am really looking forward to coming to Exeter Library on March 3rd. See you all for a cream tea then!”

Joanna has been writing for over thirty years and is well known for her successful contemporary works of fiction.  She has been described as one of the most insightful chroniclers and social commenters writing fiction today.

Karen Leach-Bowdler, Senior Supervisor at Exeter Library said: “Author events are extremely popular across all our libraries and we look forward to welcoming Joanna and hearing all about her latest book over a cream team. We like to add a little something extra special to our events and we feel this is the ideal pairing.”

Tickets for the event can be purchased in person from Exeter Library or by visiting https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/best-selling-author-joanna-trollope-ticke...

Exeter Library is one of 50 Devon Libraries run by the charity Libraries Unlimited, as well as three prison libraries and four mobile libraries. The charity has also recently announced that from April 2018, it will take on the running of Torbay Libraries on behalf of Torbay Council.
