Marmalade Masterclass with Victoria Cranfield

Make your own award-winning Seville Orange Marmalade at Darts Farm on Friday 25th January 2013.

Artisan Double Gold World Marmalade award-winner Victoria Cranfield will be sharing her trade secrets into making her world-class marmalade in a fun and hands-on session at Darts Farm, Topsham.

The ‘Queen of Condiments’ will also teach you how to make delicious spiced orange slices and candied oranges that you can take home with you. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start the New Year with a new skill that your friends and family will love.
