Exeter dental practice celebrates launch of 7-day service

A private dental practice, located in the heart of Exeter, has celebrated a successful first year of business as The Exeter Dental Centre with the launch of a new seven-day service.

The introduction of the centre’s new, seven-day opening this month has marked the first anniversary of new ownership by Michael Hesketh. To celebrate, staff, patients and local businesses joined together at a drinks reception on Tuesday, 23 July.  

During the event principal dentist and owner, Michael Hesketh, thanked his staff and patients for their support and talked about the success of the last year, developing a dental centre which combines clinical excellence and patient convenience.

Since launching The Exeter Dental Centre in July 2012, formerly the Castle Square Dental Practice, Michael and the centre’s team have seen the business flourish. Clinician numbers have increased to include four dentists, two hygienists, a European Expert in implants and Exeter’s only specialist in periodontics.  

Mr Hesketh said: “Since last July, the practice has gone from strength to strength and we are pleased to now offer our seven day a week service. We are thrilled to also be celebrating the first anniversary of The Exeter Dental Centre at such a busy time for the practice.  

“When we took over the practice we wanted to build on the already successful business. As well as updating the look of the centre, we have also invested in online booking and a new computer system”.

“Our first year has been a tremendous success and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with the people of Exeter. Our opening times are very flexible as we offer late evenings and weekends so people can book their appointments around their lifestyles”.

Mr Hesketh said he could not believe how quickly the last year has flown by.
“I would like to thank everyone who has supported us in our first year and we look forward to expanding and improving the services we offer for many years to come,” he said.
