Medical cosmetic practitioner joins Exeter Spa
One of the South West’s leading medical cosmetic practitioners is opening a monthly clinic at Wear Park Spa, Exeter Golf and Country Club offering non surgical cosmetic procedures.
Dr Pradnya Apte, who has over 8 years medical cosmetic experience along with almost 20 years as a dentist and advanced aesthetics dentist, has expanded her current clinic at Southernhay to the new spa located at Exeter Golf and Country Club just outside the city centre. The new treatments available include Botox, dermal fillers, Restylane Skinboosters and teeth whitening.
Wear Park Spa, which has been open for a year on 1st December, offers ESPA and Jessica treatments for skincare, massage, nails, waxing and eyes. The partnership with Dr Pradnya is a natural progression so clients can enjoy more advanced procedures to improve the appearance of their skin and features. Dr Pradnya has developed a particular expertise in achieving naturally enhanced beauty where any cosmetic enhancement is subtle.
Dr Pradnya qualified as a dentist in 1993 and has had many years of experience carrying out Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry along with general dentistry. In 2007, Dr Pradnya moved her career to focus her passion in facial aesthetics. She was originally trained in Harley Street and has continued her aesthetics training for non surgical cosmetic procedures with many of the leading advanced medical aesthetic clinics, such as Dr Xavier G Medi Spa, Dr Hennessey Academy and the Cadagon Clinic in London.
Chris Jones, General Manager of Exeter Golf and Country Club said, “We are delighted to expand the treatments on offer at Wear Park Spa and know that many men and women now embrace non surgical cosmetic procedures to give their appearance, and confidence, a boost. Dr Pradnya is the perfect choice for us as she is a perfectionist and her meticulous approach enables her patients to relax, knowing that they are receiving the highest standards of care and that the results will be natural looking.”
Non surgical cosmetic procedures have been growing in popularity for many years now and more recently there was been a notable increase in the number of men booking treatments. A recent news story by Harley Medical News reveals an increase of 30 to 35% increase in the number of men opting for non surgical treatments such as Dr Pradnya said, “Medical non surgical cosmetic procedures can transform lives and increase self-confidence. Many of my patients say they have lost confidence as they have grown older, which is one of the many reasons I find the medical aesthetics field to be both enjoyable and extremely satisfying. I develop a fantastic relationship with my patients, which is really important as I get to know them as people rather than just a face.”
It is for her high standards of customer care that Dr Pradnya has been recognised, along with her precision and skill as a practitioner. She has been nominated again for the Venus Awards for Customer Service, after having won first place last year.
