Would you like to know how health research is conducted and find out information of your current cardiovascular health? Professors at Exeter University require males (45-60 years) who do NOT regularly exercise to participate in important research investigating the health benefits of consuming the polyphenols found in cherries.

Participation will involve 2 x 6 week trials over a maximum of 6 months with 4 or 8 visits to the University laboratory. Assessments of your heart and blood vessel function, muscle function and metabolism and fitness levels will be performed before and after a month of taking daily cherry or placebo supplements.
