Taylor Wimpey helps couple get onto property ladder and secure their first home in Cranbrook
Taylor Wimpey Exeter has recently helped a couple get onto the property ladder after helping them purchase their very first home at its Cranbrook development in Cranbrook, Exeter.
Chloe and Liam Cocks, 25 and 29, were previously living together with family and then started renting before deciding they needed to secure a home of their own.
When visiting the Cranbrook development, the pair realised they wanted a new-build property after seeing the high level of quality each housetype Taylor Wimpey had to offer.
Chloe said: “We work full-time Monday to Friday and we’re both shattered by the time we get home so we wouldn’t have time to spend on knocking things down or taking things out of the property.
“We loved the thought of moving into a home with the majority of the work already being done for us and giving us the chance to focus more on styling a blank canvas.”

We didn’t realise we were walking into such a warm and welcoming community here.”
