Lord Mayor Marks Milestone At New Community in Exeter

THE official opening of a show home marks the latest milestone for a new neighbourhood and country park in Exeter.

Edenstone Homes is making good progress at Willow Grange , where it’s working with LiveWest to deliver 93 new homes under a joint venture.

Between them, Edenstone and LiveWest will deliver 61 private sale properties and 32 affordable homes across just 10 acres of a 32-acre site. More than 22 acres of land will become part of the New Valley Country Park.

A leading housing association is set to build more than 2,000 affordable homes in Devon over the next five years as part of a £1billion investment in the regional economy.
