Run yourself FATTER!
Here is an old article that I wrote after watching the Great west run here in Exeter a few years ago. It discusses how, dispite our best intentions running, or more specifically jogging may not be the best method available to reduce fat.
I wasn't surprised when it got slagged off quite robustly by some trainers / coaches in London but dispite this it is still the truth. I think most of what is discussed is now old news but probably still usefull to consider at this time of New Year's resolutions...
