Training twice a day - thoughts and observations
This article discusses the pros and cons of physical training multiple times a day. Speak to the conditioning team at Exeter Chiefs and they will rightly say that multiple daily training sessions are very effective especially pre-season. However, speak to the average fitness enthusiast and they may say that they got weaker, tired, irritable and even ill after sustained 2 x per day training.
