Christmas at The OK Corral
Howdy partners - if you’re looking for an alternative to the usual black tie bash for your Christmas party this year, FORCE Cancer Charity is organising a do with a difference.
They’re ready to put a touch of the Wild West into your yuletide with Christmas at the OK Corral on Wednesday December 7.
And where else could it be held but Sandy Park, home of the Exeter Chiefs.
The dress code is simple - jeans, cowboy hats, saloon girl outfits or anything else with a frontier feel.
You can chow down on chilli, nachos and chocolate brownies, there’ll be live music and a disco, a bucking bronco and pig racing.
The cost is £22.50 per person - £225 for a table of 10.
The fun starts at 7:30pm and wagons roll for the old homestead at midnight.
Avoid the stampede and be quick on the draw to lasso your place by calling 01392 402875 or email sarahfr@forcecancercharity.co.uk
FORCE works locally to offer face-to-face support for anyone affected by cancer.
An independent charity founded in 1987, it provides help for patients, their families and friends at its Support Centre in the grounds of the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.
It also funds a local research programme and buys high-tech equipment to enhance patient care at the hospital.
In 2014 it launched outreach services in Tiverton and Okehampton with others planned.
All FORCE services are offered free of charge.
The charity needs to raise £1.2 million every year to maintain its services
