‘Cooking and the Crown’ with Tom Parker Bowles, joined by Mitch and Ben Tonks
Join Darts Farm in The Farm Table on Thursday 21st November for an evening with the son of Queen Camilla, food writer and restaurant critic, Tom Parker Bowles.
Throughout the evening, Tom will be sharing stories from his latest book 'Cooking and the Crown', blending history, monarchy and gastronomy as he takes guests on a journey across royal culinary history.
Recipes from 'Cooking and the Crown' will be brought to life by iconic father and son duo, Mitch and Ben Tonks alongside Darts Farm's Head Chef, Tom Chivers and The Farm Table team.
The evening includes a welcome drink, nibbles Salade Aida, Potted Shrimp and Crumpets, to start, Ouefs Drumkilbo and melba toast, for main, slow pot roast loin of mutton served with seasonal greens and potato and for dessert, Chocolate Bavarois.
